Description
The side poles increase the stability of the tent and prevent the tent from moving. Proper installation and tensioning of the poles ensures that the tent stays firmly in place. This provides a better sleeping experience and allows you to move freely inside the tent.
Side poles can vary between different tent models and designs. Some tents have a single side pole, while others use multiple side poles. Depending on the size, shape and intended use of the tent, the length and number of side poles may vary.
Generally, the side poles of tents are designed to be integrated into the skeletal structure of the tent or to be connected to each other. This simplifies the installation of the tent and allows you to set up the tent more quickly. The installation of the side poles is usually simple and makes the process of setting up the tent less laborious.

There is a 1-year warranty for material and/or manufacturing defects. All defects that we notice after purchase and that are related to material and/or manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
The following conditions are excluded from the warranty:
-Zippers and zipper closures
-Window veils and door veils
-Tent poles
-Wear and tear due to use
It is known to experienced campers that the following features are not considered defects and will not affect the quality of the tent:
-Scuffing of the fabric seams
-Color deviation in separate fabric strips
-Color change due to weather conditions
-Moisture and the formation of water drops in extreme conditions, especially at the seams and near the tent frame.
