Is my tent waterproof?
100% Cotton canvas provides a natural waterproofing and breathability. Therefore, if the outer cover is not used, it can be used for 3 seasons. You can buy a protective cover from the Accessories section of our website to use it in heavy rains in order to use it in 4 seasons.
What accessories are included in the tent package?

The only difference between Tentry, Roof and Pumpkin tents is the design. The materials used in production are exactly the same.
Are there mosquito nets on the tent windows?
All windows have mosquito nets.
Ventilation and windows
Medium tents have 4 ventilation and 2 windows.
Large tents have 4 ventilation and 2 windows.
XLarge tents have 4 ventilation and 3 windows.
Can I get information about the sun and color change?
The fabric quality of the tent may deteriorate if it is exposed to continuous and intense sunlight and may discolor to a certain extent. Since the tent is prepared with high quality pigments, it is resistant to color fading. The following precautions should be taken to prevent discoloration:
– Set up the tent in a shady place
-Do not expose the tent to direct sunlight.
– Apply waterproofing material to the tent from time to time.
This way, you apply a new protective coating against the sun’s UV rays and thus extend the life of your tent.
What should I do in cases where mold and stains occur in the tent?
Insufficient ventilation, especially in seasonal camping areas, can cause mold and stains to form. Antibacterial is available, but the following measures can be taken to prevent it:
-Keep your tent 100% dry.
– If mold is forming, try cleaning it with clean, warm water with a soft brush or sponge.
– Moisture bags can be provided and put inside the tent package to prevent the tent from being damp.
– If the stains are permanent, use cleaning agents suitable for tents. Other chemicals can damage the tent fabric. After cleaning with a cleaning agent, you will need to waterproof your tent again.
